FINISHING OPTIONS:
Grommets: a grommet is 3/8 inch brass ring that creates a reinforced hole
in which hooks can be used to hold up a backdrop
Pole Pockets: pole pockets create a fold that a rod can fit through.
Pole pockets can be placed on top, bottom or both.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders received after 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) or
on the weekends or on holidays will be counted
in the next business day orders.
PROOF APPROVALWe will send you a message with your proof to the address we have on file when placing your order.
Proof will be sent within 72 hours excluding weekends or holidays.

Shipping is currently available only within 48 states of the United States.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, New Mexico or outside the U.S.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
We are not liable for deliveries that are late due to postal shipping delays.
We are not liable for lost, stolen or packages delivered to the wrong address.
Please allow enough time prior to your event to allow for late shipments or other problems that may arise.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Not all computer monitors are calibrated the same.
Colors may display differently on your monitor than what is actually printed.
We do our best to make sure the image on the product listing is identical to the image you order,
however small variations in color can and will occur.
MAINTENANCE:
After each use roll up and place back in the shipping tube.
If you should spill something then use (gently) soap and water
and allow it to air dry. If there are creases from folding , lay flat or hang to release the folds.
