FINISHING OPTIONS:
Grommets: a grommet is 3/8 inch brass ring that creates a reinforced hole in which hooks can be used to hold up a backdrop
Pole Pockets: pole pockets create a fold that a rod can fit through. Pole pockets can be placed on top, bottom or both (additional fee)

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:
Please set your camera settings at the highest resolution.
Right click over the photo you want to use, select properties, make sure that the "size" or "size on disk" is at least 200kb-300kb. If it's lower I recommend choosing another picture.
Please do crop or resize your photo, for best quality please send your original picture.
If you send a Cell phone photo, please make the quality is good, the picture should be clear. Please avoid sending blurry or/and dark images. Cell photos are usually low resolution;
unless you change the resolution before taking the picture. Shared photos from online photo albums such as Kodak and Snapfish are saved in low resolution and CANNOT be used.
JPEG & PNG format only files; if your photo is in a different format; then please change prior to uploading.
Removing the background from your photo is an additional fee.

Shipping is currently available only within 48 states of the United States.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
We are not liable for deliveries that are late due to postal shipping delays.
We are not liable for lost, stolen or packages delivered to the wrong address.
Please allow enough time prior to your event to allow for late shipments or other problems.

Not all computer monitors are calibrated the same. Colors may display differently on your monitor than what is actually printed.
We do our best to make sure the image on the product listing is identical to the image you order, however small variations in color can and will occur.
